We're hiring a full-time video editor for long-form YouTube documentary videos. Most videos are between 15 and 75 minutes.
The editing style is clean and engaging, documentary-focused. The workflow is straightforward and efficient. Even the longer videos don't take much longer than the shorter ones once you understand our system.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to be part of a team and grow with a small, fast-moving company. We're not looking for a side gig mindset. We want someone consistent, serious, and reliable.
What you'll do
• Edit long-form documentary videos for YouTube
• Deliver clean pacing, clear storytelling, and an engaging watch experience
• Communicate daily on Discord and stay aligned with deadlines
Requirements
• Some proven experience with long-form YouTube editing, documentary style preferred
• Full-time availability and consistent output
• Good communication on Discord
• Reliable internet and a stable workflow
