About
We're hiring a long-form YouTube editor for ongoing work with a premium, small-batch motorcycle manufacturer.
This is story-driven brand content — not fast-paced meme edits.
Scope
* 3 long-form YouTube videos per month
* 8–20 minutes final runtime
* Founder-led storytelling, mechanical education, shop footage, event coverage
* Footage provided (A-roll + B-roll)
* Loose outline + direction provided
What We Expect
You should be able to:
* Structure raw footage into a compelling narrative
* Build a strong opening hook
* Cut for pacing while keeping a cinematic feel
* Clean up dialogue and mix music properly
* Add simple lower thirds / minimal motion graphics
* Deliver YouTube-ready exports (thumbnail frame suggestions a bonus)
This is not:
* Heavy meme editing
* Trend-style jump cuts
* Sound-effect overload
We value restraint, rhythm, and story.
Deliverables Per Video
* 1 full edit
* 2 round of revisions
* Final export in 4K
* Project file delivered upon completion
Turnaround
* 7–10 days per video
* Must communicate clearly if timeline shifts
Ideal Fit
* Experience editing long-form YouTube (8+ min)
* Strong pacing instincts
* Clean audio mixing skills
* Comfortable shaping narrative, not just trimming clips
We're looking for a long-term collaborator — not a one-off gig.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 10 hours per week.
