We are looking for a sharp, organized, and client facing Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist to guide new clients through setup, ensure fast activation, and create a world class first experience.
This is not a basic VA role. You will be the bridge between our software and the client's success.
If you are someone who can confidently lead calls, control conversations, and keep clients moving forward, keep reading.

What You'll Own
• Run onboarding calls with new clients
• Guide customers through LinkedIn automation setup
• Ensure profiles, targeting, and messaging are configured correctly
• Reduce time to launch
• Answer client questions with confidence
• Identify risks before they become problems
• Keep onboarding organized inside our CRM
• Create a smooth, premium experience
Ideal Candidate
• Strong English. Clear. Professional. Confident.
• Experience onboarding SaaS clients OR managing client relationships
• Comfortable leading Zoom calls
• Extremely organized
• Tech comfortable. You learn software quickly.
• Bonus: LinkedIn automation, GoHighLevel, CRM experience
