Job Description:
We are an experienced distributed software development team working with international clients across web, cloud, and AI-driven projects. We're looking for a Senior Developer to join our team for long-term collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical architecture and direct client communication.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client interviews and technical discussions
Lead architecture planning and system design conversations
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate closely with our internal engineering team
Provide guidance, code reviews, and technical direction when needed
Required Skills:
5+ years of professional development experience
Strong spoken English and confident communication on video calls
Senior-level expertise in at least one of the following stacks:
Backend: .NET, Python, , or Java
Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, or
Cloud & Data: AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML, Data Engineering
Experience with system design and scalable architectures
Comfortable working with distributed/remote teams
Preferred:
Previous experience working with US, UK, or EU clients
Experience leading technical interviews or pre-sales discussions
Background in consulting or client-facing engineering roles
