The Multi-Disciplinary Designer is a versatile creative responsible for both web and print design, creating cohesive brand experiences for tree care clients. This role blends UI/UX, responsive web design, and print collateral including brochures, direct mail, signage, and promotional materials.
You will design modern websites, develop brand-aligned print assets, and ensure consistency across all client touchpoints. Success requires balancing creativity with technical accuracy, managing multiple projects, and collaborating closely with developers and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Web Design*
Design modern, user-friendly, responsive websites aligned with client brands
Create wireframes, mockups, landing pages, and conversion-focused layouts
Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards
Design email templates and interactive elements
Prepare design assets and specifications for developers
*Print & Graphic Design*
Design business cards, brochures, direct mail, signage, and promotional items
Prepare print-ready files with correct specifications (bleeds, color, formats)
Create logos, graphics, social media assets, and brand elements
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency
*Technical & Production*
Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools
Optimize images for web and prepare files for print production
Maintain organized design files and version control
Understand RGB vs CMYK and production requirements
*Collaboration & Quality*
Work with developers, project managers, and client success managers
Incorporate feedback and refine designs
Ensure quality standards and meet project deadlines
Communicate design decisions clearly
REQUIRED SKILLS
*Core Skills*
Strong UI/UX and responsive web design
Print design and production knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency
Typography, layout, color, and branding expertise
Strong English communication skills
*Preferred*
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
WordPress/CMS familiarity
Motion graphics experience

Versatility across web and print

*Work Environment*
This is a remote role requiring:
-Reliable high-speed internet
-Computer capable of running professional design software
-Webcam and headset for meetings
-Quiet home office environment
*Portfolio Requirements*
Please include:
-Minimum 3 web design samples
-Minimum 3 print design samples
-Examples showing range and branding ability
-Links to live projects (preferred)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
