About the role:
The Manager, B2C Demand Generation is responsible for executing and optimizing consumer marketing programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This role owns campaign execution across paid media, lifecycle marketing, website optimization, and performance measurement, partnering closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing – B2B and B2C Demand Generation, this role works cross-functionally to ensure B2C demand programs align with brand strategy, product priorities, and business growth objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2C demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, website, and integrated consumer marketing programs.
- Activate brand and product messaging across acquisition and lifecycle channels in partnership with Brand and Product Marketing teams.
- Support full-funnel consumer growth efforts, including awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance of B2C marketing programs, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
- Maintain and contribute to B2C marketing dashboards and reports to support optimization and decision-making.
- Identify performance trends and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Support website and funnel testing initiatives to improve consumer conversion and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with UX, Web, Product, and Analytics partners to test landing pages, user flows, offers, and messaging.
Lifecycle & Retention Support
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Product teams to support engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
- Assist in optimizing onboarding, email, and in-product journeys to improve customer value and reduce churn.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with product launches and consumer initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on strategy.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, testing, and optimization initiatives as needed.
Supervision
- Provide guidance to agency partners and other marketing team members; does not have direct FTE people management responsibility.
What you bring to the team:
Required:
- Strong understanding of B2C demand generation, consumer funnels, and growth marketing metrics.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify insights, and recommend optimization actions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, technical, and analytical teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Experience in job marketplaces, professional networks, or other two-sided digital platforms. with an understanding of consumer acquisition and engagement.
- Hands-on experience executing and optimizing consumer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, dashboards).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, and Iterable).
- Experience with paid media, SEO, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing concepts.
Preferred:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2C demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance.
