About
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Consultant with a strong background in Cisco networking, Cisco Webex Calling/CUCM, and Fortinet firewalls. This role involves designing, implementing, optimizing, and securing enterprise network and collaboration solutions for clients. The ideal candidate is technically strong, client-facing, and comfortable leading projects from assessment through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and support Cisco-based LAN/WAN environments
* Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
* Deploy and support Cisco Webex Calling and/or Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
* Design dial plans, SIP integrations, voice gateways, and troubleshoot VoIP issues
* Configure and manage Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), NAT, and security policies
* Conduct network assessments, provide recommendations, and deliver client documentation
* Lead migrations, upgrades, and security hardening initiatives
* Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and escalation support
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
* Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless)
* Cisco Webex Calling and/or CUCM
* Fortinet firewalls
* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, VPNs, and network security principles
* Experience supporting VoIP and SIP-based environments
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent client-facing communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)
* Fortinet NSE certification
* Experience with SD-WAN solutions
* Experience with cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
* Consulting or MSP experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
