We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from picking to packing and shipping. You'll be an integral part of our logistics operations, contributing directly to our ability to serve our customers. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and other technology.
- Inspect products for accuracy and any defects before packaging.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations, including tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics principles is a plus.
