• Newly appointed CBP officers will be offered up to $15,000 recruitment incentive per year for three years at specific locations.
  
• An annual base salary ranging from $61,111 to $124,443 per year (GS-9 grade level).
  
• Locality pay varies by duty location.
  
• A fully trained officer may be eligible for up to $45,000 overtime pay annually plus regular compensation..
