About
I'm the founder of a UAE-based executive coaching business delivering 1:1 executive coaching and corporate workshops. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and invoicing, and Stripe for payments.
I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelance bookkeeper to provide ongoing weekly support as the business grows.
This is steady, long-term support — not a one-off clean-up.
Weekly Commitment
2–3 hours per week (ongoing)
Scope of Work
Invoice Management (GoHighLevel)
Generate and send invoices in GHL (after my approval)
Follow structured naming conventions
Manage first payment / final payment structures
Track outstanding invoices
Send professional payment reminders where required
Weekly Stripe Reconciliation
Match Stripe payouts to GHL invoices
Reconcile partial payments correctly
Flag discrepancies quickly
Ensure deposits and final payments are recorded accurately
Income & Expense Bookkeeping
Categorise revenue streams (1:1 coaching, corporate workshops, etc.)
Record and categorise business expenses
Ensure receipts are stored properly
Track recurring subscriptions and software costs
Weekly Financial Snapshot
Provide a simple weekly summary including:
Revenue to date (monthly + YTD)
Outstanding invoices
Cash position
Any red flags or issues needing attention
Clarity and simplicity are more important than complex reporting.
VAT & Tax Readiness (UAE)
Structure bookkeeping to ensure tax readiness
Monitor VAT registration threshold
Categorise transactions correctly in preparation for VAT submission
Maintain clean records that can be handed to an accountant at any time
Liaise with accountant if required
This role is not expected to provide formal tax advice, but practical experience working within UAE VAT requirements is highly desirable.

Stripe
UAE bank account
Experience with GHL or similar CRM-led invoicing systems is strongly preferred.
