About
We are building a WhatsApp-first AI-powered real estate brokerage system for the Egyptian market. The system will function as an autonomous AI agent capable of managing client conversations, qualifying leads, recommending properties, scheduling viewings, and updating a CRM dashboard.
The goal is to automate 80–90% of brokerage operations while allowing human staff to handle negotiations and closing.
This is a fixed-scope project with the potential for long-term ongoing development.
Core Objectives
You will build a production-ready system that includes:
WhatsApp AI chatbot for client communication
Backend CRM system for managing leads and conversations
Property listings database and matching engine
Admin dashboard for managing leads, listings, and viewings
Automation system for follow-ups, scheduling, and pipeline tracking
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
