• Sample visual treatment for 2–3 content slides
Goal:
Establish visual direction, hierarchy, and tone.
We will review and provide consolidated feedback.
Phase 2 – Final Polished Deck
Deliverables:
• Fully refined slide deck
• Incorporated feedback
• Clean alignment and spacing
• Final typography consistency
• Subtle transitions (fade only)
• Delivered in PowerPoint or Google Slides
No heavy animation.
No flashy graphics.
No stock photography.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
Must follow:
• One idea per slide
• Minimal text blocks
• Generous white space
• Executive tone
• Deep navy / charcoal color palette
• Clean sans-serif typography
No:
• HR-style imagery
• Smiling stock photos
• Clipart
• Overused icons
• Startup aesthetic
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You have experience designing:
• Boardroom decks
• Consulting-style presentations
• Institutional investor decks
• Strategy briefings

A short note explaining your design philosophy
Confirmation that you understand this is a board-level presentation, not marketing
TIMELINE
Phase 1: Delivered within 5–7 days
Phase 2: Final within 3–5 days after feedback
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
