About
I'm looking for a UI team (not a single designer) that can handle high-volume UI work with very quick turnaround. We'll be redesigning existing app screens and creating new ones for multiple apps. Speed + consistency matters more than long "design discovery" phases.
What you'll do
Create new UI screens and refresh existing app UIs
Build mobile-first (iOS/Android) and sometimes desktop/web
Design full flows: onboarding, dashboards, settings, checkout/payments, profiles, etc.
Produce Figma files that are clean, organized, and easy for devs to build from
Maintain a consistent design system (colors, typography, components)
Requirements
Strong modern UI taste (clean, premium, conversion-focused)
Fast execution: able to deliver first drafts in 24–48 hours for small batches
Comfortable working from references (screenshots, competitor apps, simple briefs)
Figma pro: auto-layout, components, variants, styles, libraries
Clear communication + reliable updates daily
Deliverables
Figma links with:
Auto-layout components
Styles + tokens (colors, type, spacing)
Clickable prototypes when needed
Export-ready assets (SVG/PNG) if required
Workflow
I'll send:
Screen list + rough requirements
References / inspiration
Brand colors (if applicable)
You send:
Quick first draft → revisions → final dev-ready Figma
