We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation / Growth Marketer who can build and scale predictable MQL & SQL pipelines for our IT services business.
We want someone who can execute end-to-end campaigns, experiment aggressively, optimize fast, and directly contribute to revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Demand & Lead Generation
Own MQL and SQL generation targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns for IT services
Build funnel from awareness → lead → MQL → SQL
Paid Campaign Execution (Hands-on)
Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, ABM, Sponsored Content)
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
Optimize CPL, MQL quality, and SQL conversion rates
Growth Hacking & Alternative Channels
Experiment with Reddit, niche communities, forums, and emerging channels
Run outbound-support campaigns using intent-based targeting
Identify non-traditional channels to generate high-intent B2B leads
Audience & ICP Targeting
Define and refine ICP personas (CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Product Heads, Healthcare Decision Makers)
Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and SQL readiness
Align campaigns with service offerings and sales priorities
Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across campaigns (CTR, CPL, MQL → SQL conversion)
Maintain dashboards and clear reporting for leadership
Improve ROI through continuous testing and iteration
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Bing Ads, IT services, growth hacker, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Digital Ad Campaign, Tech & IT, Google Analytics
