Executive PowerPoint Designer Needed – Financial Services Deck

About
This is for a partnership discussion with a large financial institution (Charles Schwab), so the design needs to feel:
sophisticated, clean and modern, enterprise-ready and visually strategic (not template-heavy).
The most important slides are Slides 6–9, which cover:
A customer journey (with impact callouts tied to strategic business outcomes)
A detailed implementation plan
A two-pathway client interaction model
A crawl / walk / run rollout framework
Currently, these slides are text-heavy. We are specifically looking for someone who can:
- Reimagine the content into strong visual frameworks
- Turn process descriptions into clear diagrams (timelines, swim lanes, journey maps, etc.)
- Create visual hierarchy that makes executive-level messages land quickly
- Reduce reliance on bullet lists
- Suggest smart reorganization where helpful
We are very open to creative thinking in terms of layout and structure as long as the strategic narrative remains intact.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
