About the role
Purity Gas is seeking a creative, organized, and curious Marketing Intern (Co-op) to support day-to-day marketing operations across digital, content, event, and sales support activities. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industrial B2B company, where you'll learn how real-world marketing strategies are planned and executed — and how they directly support revenue growth.
Approximately 80% of this role focuses on marketing execution across digital campaigns, content creation, and events. The remaining 20% supports sales enablement activities, providing exposure to lead management, CRM systems, and the coordination between marketing and sales.
You'll support content scheduling, event coordination, email campaigns, light CRM management, and other execution tasks while working closely with both the marketing and sales teams. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Content & Digital Marketing Support- Assist with drafting and scheduling posts on LinkedIn and YouTube
- Publish blogs and other content in WordPress (with guidance)
- Build and test emails in Pardot for newsletters and campaigns
- Help repurpose and organize content across channels and campaigns
- Support planning and logistics for events and industry tradeshows
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, shipping, and coordination
- Help organize post-event follow-up and lead tracking
- Update the marketing content calendar
- Organize creative assets and keep internal folders up to date
- Support documentation of processes and campaign activity
- Help coordinate or participate in video shoots and content creation
- Support light graphic design using Canva or similar tools (if comfortable)
Sales Support & Enablement
- Assist with updating and maintaining basic data in Salesforce CRM
- Support tracking and organizing inbound leads from marketing campaigns and tradeshows
- Help prepare simple sales enablement materials such as presentations, product summaries, or case studies
- Assist in researching prospective accounts or industry segments
- Support coordination between marketing and sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
- Help document sales-related processes and maintain organized records
This component of the role provides valuable exposure to how marketing directly contributes to pipeline development and business growth in a B2B industrial environment.
What You'll Learn

- Tradeshow and event planning from preparation through post-event follow-up
- Cross-functional collaboration between marketing and sales teams
Organizing creative assets and documenting operational processes - Using tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and Asana in a professional setting
You'll build real, transferable skills while contributing to active projects that directly support business growth.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO writing
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress & Asana
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Willingness to learn tools like Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently
- Interest in B2B, technical, or industrial marketing is a plus
