Role/Location Specific

  • Keyera's Northern Allowance is a tiered incentive program based on years of service, currently offered to employees working at the following locations: Grande Prairie Office, Wapiti, Simonette, Gold Creek, South Cheecham, and Fox Creek Terminal. THE POSITION

Keyera is seeking a Surface Land Administrator to join our Dynamic Land team. This role supports the third‑party agreements function and plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant activity around Keyera's infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, field representatives, and external parties to coordinate requests, prepare agreements, and maintain accurate land records. As experience grows, the complexity and independence of assigned work will increase.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Monitor and manage the inbox, ensuring timely review and response to incoming requests.
  • Review third‑party consent submissions for proposed activities near Keyera assets.
  • Coordinate approvals with Keyera's field representatives to support safe and compliant operations.
  • Prepare and issue standard third‑party agreements.
  • Manage the road use billing process, including tracking, invoicing support, and reconciliation.
  • Track agreement status and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in land management systems.
  • Communicate requirements, conditions, and timelines to third parties and internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of templates, workflows, and tracking tools.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and operational excellence within the Land team.
  • Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One (1) to three (3) years of surface land administration experience.
  • Related post‑secondary education is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of surface land procedures, industry practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with land management systems and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
