Job Duties Under broad direction, develops the strategy, design, and implementation of HR processes focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility/International HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, or HR Information Systems. Manages complex projects to provide solutions that are highly competitive, creative, and align with business goals and objectives. Advises all levels of management on program practices and processes to ensure a harmonized, effective delivery. May provide guidance, training and coordinate work of less experienced specialists. Leverages strategic decision making to influence the direction of major projects, key HR initiatives, and strategy through the application of advanced principles, theories and concepts. Provides consultative and subject matter expertise to HR and business leaders across the organization. Analyzes and interprets HR data to drive strategic value for the organization. Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
