Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of one or multiple infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain project plans that align business requirements with organizational goals while ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
Define and manage program and project roadmaps that support long-term business objectives.
Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to ensure accountability and transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors and partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate technical teams to deliver scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure solutions.
Ensure effective integration of infrastructure components with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Azure and cybersecurity platforms.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, onboarding and performance monitoring.
Ensure infrastructure readiness for operations, including testing, resiliency planning and alignment with corporate standards.
What You Bring To The Table
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.
Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, scheduling, requirements gathering and process improvements.
Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum.
Proven experience in design and development.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ADO, ServiceNow platform).
Ability to create, manage and optimize budgets, experience with cost control and financial reporting.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
The Following Experience Would Be Considered An Asset
Experience with End-User Computing and provisioning and their management platforms.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC.
Knowledge of telephony and fax, VoIP, Teams Calling, fax gateways, meeting room and collaboration technologies, Digital Employee Experience and ITSM and ServiceNow processes.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including tenant management, M365 Apps for Business, Exchange and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot for M365.
Bilingual in English and French.
Experience with Planview.
