I have an existing Access database to serve as a rough template/example. Additionally, I have created a Moqup of exactly how I would like the front end of the database to look ) and can further discuss functionality when needed. The "Lease Comparables" Page is not quite complete, but everything else is as I would like it.
I will need each field to be searchable, with some fields auto-calculating (eg: price/SF once I have input building area and Sale Price). I will also need the ability to filter each field as needed (eg: If I am searching for comparables for an office property, I will need to be able to filter by property type, size range, City, and property rights all at once).
I would also like to have a searchable map that shows the sales and will filter similarly to the way mentioned above (eg: if I filter by date, it will only show sales on the map after a certain time period, or if I filter by property type it will only show the location of those specific sales).
I am happy to provide any other information as needed. I am unsure of a reasonable price for a project like this, but want to ensure fair compensation, so I have not set a budget.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
