Job Description

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) offers a challenging opportunity to work as a highly trained professional in the law enforcement field.

You will be part of an elite team dedicated to safeguarding America's borders, preventing illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations;


• Prevent and apprehend undocumented non-citizens and smugglers at or near borders through surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations;


• Interpret physical evidence such as tracks, marks, or other signs indicating illegal entry by people or contraband;
