• To protect U.S. borders from illegal entry of persons or goods into the country;
• To enforce laws related to customs, immigration, agriculture, currency reporting for monetary instruments exceeding $10 thousand; narcotics control act with respect to marijuana; prohibiting importation/movement/merchandise shipped in international commerce that contains marihuana effective date December proscribed drugs classified list A through E if not prescribed by physician;
