Serving as a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer is an opportunity to work in a dynamic law enforcement environment. CBP officers play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders, facilitating trade, and protecting American interests.

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.
• Facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity.
• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances to determine admissibility.

The preferred duty locations for this position are located throughout the United States. However, if vacancies are not available at these locations when you receive your final offer letter.
Incentives may be offered for newly appointed officers who take on specific challenges or roles within the agency.
The annual base salary range varies based on grade level eligibility which can increase with experience education background etcetera.
