What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the warehousing and inventory teams to ensure that inventory is organized, accurate and consumed on a FIFO basis.
End of day inventory reconciliation using Fishbowl; validating and ensuring inventory data is accurately reflected in the WMS.
Communicate regularly with Production Supervisors and team members via Google Chat.
Proactively flags opportunities for inventory optimization.
Proactively flags inventory concerns to Inventory Supervisor; ie. discrepancies, inventory nearing BBD, damaged cases, mislabels, inactive stock, etc.
What We Are Looking For
Sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
Understand the importance of details. You don't sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.
You have a good eye for detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
