About the Role
This is not a traditional property management position. It's a client-facing, revenue-generating role designed for a motivated professional who wants to build a real career in real estate operations. You'll manage a residential portfolio, coordinate maintenance end-to-end, and proactively present solutions to landlord clients to hit monthly revenue targets. Your compensation grows with your results.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential landlords across the GTA
Coordinate maintenance and repairs from work order intake through vendor execution and quality control
Present maintenance solutions, pricing, and preventative recommendations to property owners
Drive monthly maintenance revenue targets — commission paid on everything above threshold
Manage tenant turnovers, move-out inspections, and lease compliance
Issue LTB notices and support rent collection and arrears management (full training provided)
Maintain accurate records within our automated workflow and property management systems
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in property management, leasing, real estate operations, customer success, or B2B account management
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Confidence presenting solutions and pricing to clients
Familiarity with the Ontario RTA and Toronto rental market (asset, not required)
Real estate salesperson license is a bonus — licensed realtors receive brokerage incentives through PMT Realty Inc.
Located within commuting distance of Downtown Toronto — this role is 100% in-office
