I'm looking for an experienced ecommerce performance marketer to help diagnose and optimize our full funnel.
Current Situation:
- Shopify store
- Meta traffic campaigns running
- GA4 & Meta Pixel installed
- Early traffic coming in
- Very few purchases
- Limited SKU count (capsule collection)
I want clarity on where the bottleneck actually is:
• Traffic quality?
• Offer positioning?
• Conversion rate?
• Product-market fit?
• Creative?
• Funnel structure?
What I'm Looking For
Phase 1: Funnel & Conversion Audit + Strategy
Please outline:
• Your diagnostic process for evaluating an early-stage ecommerce funnel
• What data you would need access to
• How you determine whether the issue is traffic, offer, creative, or on-site conversion
• What deliverables I would receive (written audit, Loom breakdown, roadmap, etc.)
• Your estimated timeline and cost for this phase
I'm not looking for surface-level feedback. I want structured analysis and a clear action plan.
If there is strong alignment and traction, this could extend into ongoing optimization or media management.
Ideal Experience
- Proven success scaling Shopify ecommerce brands
- Strong Meta ads + paid social expertise
- Deep understanding of ecommerce conversion rate optimization
- Experience working with early-stage brands (not just high-budget accounts)
