About

We are looking for a high-level Creative Strategist who understands direct response psychology, ad performance, and conversion-driven messaging, not just aesthetics or branding.
This role is for a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand selling to the US market, where success depends heavily on scroll-stopping concepts, emotional triggers, and performance-focused creative angles.
We already have video editors and production capacity.
What we need is the brain behind the ads.
Important: Dropshipping & High-SKU Experience Required
Our business operates in a dropshipping-style environment with a high number of SKUs and fast creative turnover.
This is fundamentally different from traditional brand advertising.
You must be comfortable with:
Rapid creative testing cycles
Short creative lifespans & fatigue management
Offer-driven advertising
High-volume creative iteration
Product-first (not brand-first) messaging
Performance under volatile conditions
If your background is primarily:
Long-term brand building
Corporate / enterprise marketing
Slow creative cycles
Heavy brand storytelling focus
This role will likely not be a fit.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Developing new ad concepts, hooks, and creative angles
• Writing scripts & messaging frameworks for video ads
• Identifying emotional triggers & buying psychology
• Analyzing winning vs losing creatives
• Iterating on top performers
• Translating product features → high-conversion narratives
• Creating structured creative testing ideas
This is a performance role, not a design role.
Your work directly influences CPA, CTR, and scalability.
What We Sell
We operate in the meaningful / symbolic jewelry space, targeting US consumers.
Products are strongly emotion-driven, often tied to:
• Sentimental value
• Gifts
• Memory / symbolism
• Emotional storytelling
Understanding buyer psychology is critical.

We ARE looking for someone who:
Understands direct response advertising
Has experience with Meta / paid social creatives
Has worked with dropshipping-style or high-SKU stores
Thinks in hooks, angles, and psychology
Knows how to structure creative testing
Has worked with ecommerce brands before
Can clearly explain WHY ads work
Experience We Strongly Prefer
• Ecommerce ad experience (highly important)
• Dropshipping or high-SKU creative strategy experience
• Meta / Facebook ads creative strategy
• UGC & direct response style ads
• Product-focused storytelling
• Conversion psychology
Jewelry experience is a plus but not required.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
