About

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help manage and monitor my Shopify dropshipping store on a daily basis. Responsibilities include managing orders, ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify and dropshipping, and be able to handle tasks independently.
One of your primary tasks will be:
Send me a daily profit & cost report
Revenue (Shopify dashboard)
Ad spend (Facebook/TikTok Ads Manager)
Product costs
Transaction fees
Net profit
ROAS
CPA
Any unusual changes in performance
You MUST have:
Experience with Shopify dropshipping
Experience as a Virtual Assistant
Ability to read and analyze store data
Understanding of:
ROAS
CPA
Profit margins
Scaling products
Experience with Facebook Ads and/or TikTok Ads
Strong attention to detail
Good English communication
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Shopify Templates, Shopify
Optional skills: Data Entry, Web Development
