For an initial performance test, we're looking for an experienced freelance designer to create a small set of high-quality, mobile-first LinkedIn ad creatives in a clean, technical, high-contrast style.
Location requirement (important)
You should be based within commuting distance of Rodgau, Hesse (near Frankfurt, Germany) and be able to join an on-site kickoff meeting (and occasional in-person check-ins if needed). Remote work for the actual design production is fine.

4–6 static LinkedIn ad creatives (formats: 1:1 and 4:5)
2–3 additional variations for A/B testing (headline/layout variants)
Optional (if you recommend it): 1 carousel concept (6–8 slides) as an alternative
File delivery:
Export: web-optimized PNG/JPG + PDF preview
Editable source files required: PSD/AI compatible with Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 (v16)
Please save PSD with "Maximize Compatibility" enabled
Process:
We provide logo, brand colors, product photos, and messaging/value propositions after selection.
1–2 feedback rounds included
First draft ideally within 3–5 business days
To apply, please include
