About
You will architect and build modern, high-performance web applications using React, SignalR, and .NET APIs, delivering real-time, data-driven user experiences. You should be comfortable translating product requirements and Figma designs into clean, scalable UI components, while collaborating closely with backend and AI teams.
We expect engineers to work efficiently with AI-based coding and design tools, follow strong frontend architecture principles, and communicate clearly in English. Strong video-based collaboration is part of our daily workflow.
Must-Haves
Full US Pacific Time work schedule (not partial overlap)
Fluent spoken and written English
Daily availability for Microsoft Teams meetings with video on
Strong expertise in React (hooks, context, state management)
Experience integrating with .NET backend services
Experience with SignalR or real-time web technologies
Ability to work directly from Figma and other UI/UX tools
Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail
Regular use of AI agents (coding, refactoring, testing, UI generation)
Consistent application of frontend best practices and performance optimization
Strong communication and accountability
