About

Kalos Services is seeking a hands-on Project Management Process Consultant to design, refine, and implement scalable project management workflows and operational standards.
This role is strictly focused on process improvement, system architecture, workflow design, and execution discipline. The consultant will not have direct people-management authority and will not conduct performance evaluations or supervise staff.
The objective is to build clear, efficient, and scalable PM systems that drive accountability through structure.
Engagement Objective
To design and implement a disciplined, scalable PM operational framework that improves execution consistency, workflow clarity, reporting visibility, and system alignment across all projects.
Core Responsibilities
1. SOP Development & Process Architecture
Lead the creation and refinement of PM-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Audit current workflows and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies
Design scalable, field-ready processes that improve execution consistency
Develop implementation plans and rollout timelines
Monitor adoption and adjust processes based on real-world results
2. Workflow Standardization
Establish standardized workflows for:
Project kickoff
Scheduling
Change management
Documentation control
Project closeout
Create structured communication templates and reporting frameworks
Define clear handoff points between estimating, PM, and field operations
Eliminate ambiguity in task ownership and project tracking
3. ClickUp Operational Design
Architect PM workflows inside ClickUp
Translate SOPs into task structures, templates, automations, and reporting dashboards
Partner with internal operations lead to ensure technical alignment
Test, validate, and refine workflows prior to full deployment
Ensure the system drives execution clarity—not just task entry
4. Reporting, Metrics & Visibility
Define key project health indicators and operational KPIs
Design reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
Identify recurring bottlenecks, delays, and execution risks
Recommend structural solutions to reduce variability in project outcomes
5. Field & Execution Validation
Conduct jobsite observation to validate process practicality
Identify disconnects between documented process and field reality
Adjust workflows to reflect actual operational conditions
Ensure solutions are practical, not theoretical
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
