We are seeking a results-driven GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize advanced marketing automation systems within the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building CRM pipelines, automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and conversion-focused funnels that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and customize GoHighLevel CRM pipelines and opportunity stages
Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, appointment booking, and follow-ups
Design and optimize email/SMS automation campaigns
Integrate third-party tools using webhooks and API connections
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
Support clients with onboarding and CRM training
Qualifications:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform
Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation logic, and CRM strategy
Experience with email/SMS marketing best practices
Familiarity with Zapier, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic HighLevel Funnel & Marketing Automation Expert to create high-converting funnels and fully automated marketing ecosystems within GoHighLevel. This role requires a blend of technical execution and marketing strategy to help businesses attract, nurture, and convert leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build high-converting sales funnels in GoHighLevel
Create landing pages, forms, surveys, and membership areas
Develop automated lead qualification and segmentation systems
Implement SMS, email, voicemail drops, and multi-channel campaigns
Optimize funnel performance through A/B testing and data analysis
Set up calendar booking systems and automated reminders
Collaborate with clients to align funnel strategy with business goals
Qualifications:
Strong experience building funnels in GoHighLevel
Knowledge of direct response marketing principles
Experience with automation triggers, conditional logic, and segmentation
Ability to translate business goals into automation workflows
