CTC Concrete LLC is a fast-growing crushing operation looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to join its rock crushing division based in Windsor, Ontario. If you are looking for consistent hours, overtime and year-round work , the CTC team may be the right fit for you.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to partner with other team members to execute per plan specifications
- Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment such as front end loaders and excavators
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (Oil changes, replacing hydraulic lines, greasing, etc.)
- Willingness to learn
- Valid Driver License

Summary
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be essential in managing and operating various heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, on construction sites. Reporting to the site supervisor, your role involves performing preventative maintenance and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment. Your mechanical knowledge and commercial driving skills will enhance your ability to navigate complex tasks. With expertise in Caterpillar machinery and horizontal drilling, you will contribute significantly to the success of our projects while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and graders on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive commercial vehicles, including dump trucks and water trucks, to transport materials as needed.
- Execute horizontal drilling operations and adhere to site safety protocols while collaborating with team members.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
