About the Role

The Senior Analytics Engineer is a technical leader responsible for domain‑level modeling, semantic layer design, governed metrics, and cross‑team enablement. This role operates with minimal supervision and leads best‑practice adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect domain models and LookML layers.
  • Lead cross‑team KPI and governance efforts.
  • Optimize Snowflake and Looker performance.
  • Mentor Analytics Engineers.
  • Improve CI/CD, testing, observability.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in Analytics/Data Engineering.
  • Expert SQL, modeling, LookML.
  • Strong Snowflake optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading metric governance.
  • Experience influencing engineering standards.
