Purpose of the Role:
We have an exciting internship opportunity within our Project Management team for a student enrolled in post-secondary studies specializing in Finance, Economics, Business or Project Management. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
As a Project Management Intern, you will work alongside a Project Manager to provide leverage across day-to-day project coordination and operational support. This role will also support SharePoint management—helping build, clean up, and standardize SharePoint pages and resources—along with documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys turning ideas and discussions into clear documentation, action items, and progress tracking
This will be a 3-month internship starting in June 2026. The location will be a hybrid of work from home and an in-office environment at our Vancouver office.
Core Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule meetings, support preparation of materials, capture meeting notes and decisions, track and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative support to the project team and assist with ad hoc tasks and project work as assigned
- Standardize SharePoint pages and project resources to improve usability, consistency, and version control.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures and project artefacts (e.g., templates, trackers, decision logs) to support repeatable ways of working.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited Canadian university/college in Finance, Economics, Business or Project Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort working in SharePoint is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently.
- Experience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members.
- Available full-time for the full summer term.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada for the full term.
Our internship position offers a competitive market salary of $26 per hour, along with additional benefits.
