Job Description:
- Create menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative flavors.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director to develop new menu concepts, train staff on best practices, and participate in menu planning sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills,a strong presence in the kitchen, anda proven track record
