The CBPO position requires specialized skills such as detention procedures including arrest methods; enforcement regulations regarding importing/exporting international shipping within/from U.S.; utilizing behavior analysis/risk assessments on suspected violators impacting safety/security; interviewing subjects during investigations examining appropriate courses/actions related rights/persons entering/withdrawing from U.S., Guam/Puerto Rico/U.S.Virgin Islands.
