*What You'll Do*
* Design, write, and execute test plans and test cases for new features, bug fixes, and platform updates
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across our filing platform
* Validate data accuracy and compliance logic against FinCEN regulatory requirements
* Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps using our ticketing system
* Test across browsers, devices, and environments to ensure consistent user experiences
* Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
* Contribute to building and improving QA processes, checklists, and documentation
* Support UAT efforts and help verify production deployments
*What We're Looking For*
* 2+ years of experience in software QA or testing roles
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management
* Experience testing web applications (familiarity with PHP/Laravel environments is a plus)
* Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Jitbit, or similar issue tracking platforms
* Sharp eye for detail — especially around data integrity and form validation
* Ability to understand business rules and translate regulatory requirements into test scenarios
* Excellent written communication skills for documenting bugs and test results
* Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
*Nice to Have*
* Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
* Familiarity with API testing (Postman, etc.)
* Background in fintech, RegTech, or compliance-driven software
* Understanding of SOC 2 compliance requirements and how they impact QA
