Job Summary We are looking for a talented Human Resources (HR) Applications Analyst to join our HR team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in the strategic and operational management of our HR applications. Your focus will be on planning, analyzing, and implementing HR systems to support our business objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading special projects that align with our goals. Job Responsibilities Provide expert support for HR systems, addressing issues, data discrepancies, and workflow interfaces. Lead or assist in HR systems project management, upgrades, and customizations. Act as a liaison between third parties and stakeholders to foster effective communication. Collaborate with application vendors on integrations and troubleshooting. Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions by driving policy updates, data configurations, and system enhancements. Support the performance evaluation and salary increase processes, including data validation and uploads. Oversee technical integrations and single sign-on (SSO) tasks for HR technology projects. Review, test, and implement updates or patches to HR systems. Create, maintain, and generate reports and queries using Business Intelligence tools, Power BI, SQL, and more. Ensure data integrity through careful audits of hires, job changes, benefits, and payroll deductions. Manage the HRMS mailbox, resolving system issues and fulfilling report requests efficiently. Maintain logs for HR systems changes and security to ensure compliance. Administer HR intranet sites, providing day-to-day operational support. Develop user documentation and provide training on data protection measures and HR systems. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional client service skills with a strong focus on professionalism and discretion. Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality. Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Leadership and teamwork abilities that promote a collaborative work culture. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is required. Experience with UKG or similar HCM systems, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes and HRIS architecture. Familiarity with Vi by Aderant/viGlobal, Rival/SilkRoad Technology, Power BI, UKG/UltiPro, Ceridian, Workday, and Cognos is preferred. Strong attention to detail, particularly in data auditing and discrepancy resolution. Effective written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to lead medium-sized projects and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Education Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent training and experience may substitute for education. Experience A minimum of three years of directly related experience is required, during which relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities were developed. Our commitment to equitable compensation practices ensures that salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $130,000, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
