About
We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for our San Jose, California facility. This key role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient execution of all Logistics activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), and a commitment to Safety and operational efficiency. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and foster a positive team environment will be crucial. This is an excellent opportunity to take on greater responsibility within a dynamic Logistics setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock control processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Implement and enforce Safety procedures and regulations.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners in Logistics.
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and Safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or coordination role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to promoting a Safety-first culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
