About
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will involve picking items from warehouse shelves according to order slips and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized workspace. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production targets and uphold our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals within the Logistics operations.
- Understand and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order tracking.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
