About
Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. This role is vital for our Logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supporting other warehouse functions. A steadfast commitment to Safety is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move pallets, materials, and finished goods.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Stack and retrieve inventory from racking systems.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of movements and inventory.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification or license.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs) when needed for other tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong understanding of forklift Safety procedures and best practices.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
