Job Summary:
Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Receiving Clerk and play a key role in managing inbound shipments. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming goods, ensuring that deliveries are received, inspected, and documented correctly. This position is fundamental to our inventory accuracy and the overall integrity of our logistics operations. A strong focus on Safety and attention to detail are paramount.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Verify packing slips against received goods and report discrepancies.
  • Accurately record received items into the inventory management system.
  • Tag and prepare goods for storage or distribution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers regarding shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly utilize PPE when handling goods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in receiving, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and Logistics.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
