We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. This position is critical to our order fulfillment process and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack selected items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, including addresses and tracking information.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all housekeeping guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Contribute to team goals for productivity and order accuracy.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners or other picking technologies is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, including proper use of PPE .
