About
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates for our Washington, D.C. location. This role is crucial for our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As part of our logistics team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through your diligent work in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including accurate labeling and documentation.
- Utilize scanning equipment and other warehouse technologies to manage inventory.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counting and stock put-away.
- Uphold all safety standards, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficient logistics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work at a steady pace.
