We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location! If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to our logistics success. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a dedication to upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Utilize warehouse technology, such as RF scanners, to manage inventory and orders.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Play a key role in the seamless execution of our logistics operations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a significant advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in task completion.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
