Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a crucial part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with general warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
