Join our dynamic warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products in a timely and efficient manner. You will work with RF scanners and other warehouse technology to fulfill orders. A commitment to accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe working environment is essential. All team members are expected to adhere to company safety policies, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant standing, walking, and regular lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists and scanner data.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Perform safe lifting and material handling practices.
