Our St. Louis, Missouri distribution center is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team are key. Adherence to all company safety policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is paramount. This position requires physical stamina and involves frequent lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Perform safe lifting and material handling tasks.
