Join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida, as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our clients receive their products correctly and on time. You will be working with RF scanners and other warehouse equipment to fulfill orders efficiently. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety are essential. You will be expected to follow all company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to strict safety guidelines. This position requires physical stamina, including walking and regular lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items for customer orders using scanners.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of stock.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques.
